1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over
2. No purchase necessary. Entrants will need to have internet access and a valid Instagram account to enter.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 18:00 BST on the 19th July 2021 and 23:59 BST on the 25^th July 2021 inclusive.
4. To Enter: Complete the entry requirements stated on the individual Valley Fest promotion post on Instagram.
5. Maximum of one entry per social media account is permitted during the Promotion Period.
6. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win: 2 x Valley Fest 2021 Adult Weekend Tickets, a two-person bell tent with bedding and 2 feast tickets
7. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted by an independent promotional verification service on 26^th July.
8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted on 26^th July via the social media account used to enter. The winner must respond confirming eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 1 days of initial contact. If the winner does not respond within 1 day of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

   3. The winner will be chosen by random.
   4. The prize shall be awarded at the discretion of Valley Fest Ltd. Valley Fest Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify entries and to disqualify any entries by any person who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
   5. The prize will be given to the person who created the account, not those who have wallets associated with the account.
   6. Directors, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
   7.  The winner will be chosen at random and will be announced in the Valley Fest newsletter and on social media on Thursday 5th August. If no contact with Valley Fest is made by the winner by 15th August a new one will be chosen and announced on social media.

   12. Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, Valley Fest Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

By entering into this competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules.
