The region’s top chefs will be showing us how to make sensational BBQ food at the Cooking Over Fire stage. Expect theatre, banter and knife-sharp attention to detail.

On the Cooking Demo stage, the chefs will be taking you through one (or two) of their favourite recipes while sharing shortcuts and tips of the trade. You’ve probably eaten at their restaurant, now you can learn how to replicate some of their magic at home.
