Jack Briggs-Horan is head chef and co-owner at Bank in Totterdown

The 34-year-old has worked in restaurants in Bristol for some 19 years, including The Bird In Hand (where they were awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand), The Ox and The Glassboat. He also helped to open both the Seven Lucky Gods and Four Wise Monkeys restaurants, before settling in at Bank, where the team have been named in the Good Food Guide, placing in the Top 100 Best Local Restaurants in Britain.
