Hosted by acclaimed chef Mark Lloyd and TV favourite Dean Edwards, The Regen Roast is a celebration of regenerative farming, exceptional local produce and everything we love about a proper Sunday lunch.

Expect generous sharing plates, ingredients sourced from the Valley Fest farm and local producers – and a menu designed to showcase the incredible quality of food grown and reared right here in the Chew Valley. From fire-cooked vegetables and perfectly roasted meats to indulgent seasonal desserts, every dish is rooted in flavour, provenance and great hospitality.

Gather around the table with family, friends and fellow festival-goers for one final feast before the weekend comes to a close.

About Mark Lloyd

Mark Lloyd has spent more than 25 years building an extraordinary career spanning Michelin-starred kitchens, River Cottage, international television and some of the world’s most respected culinary destinations.

Raised in rural Northumberland, Mark’s love of food was shaped by fishing, foraging and a deep connection to the natural world. Today, as the chef behind 8 Plates, he is renowned for championing wild, seasonal British ingredients through bold, flavour-led cooking rooted in sustainability and provenance.

A former founding Head Chef of River Cottage’s flagship Axminster canteen, Mark has become a familiar face at food festivals, live events and on television, where his infectious enthusiasm and expert knowledge have earned him a loyal following.

About Dean Edwards

Dean Edwards is one of Britain’s most recognisable television chefs, known for his approachable cooking style, family-friendly recipes and infectious enthusiasm for great food.

After reaching the final of BBC MasterChef in 2006, Dean went on to train at the two Michelin-starred Midsummer House before building a hugely successful career across television, publishing and live events. A familiar face on programmes including This Morning, Lorraine and Morning Live, he has inspired countless home cooks through his accessible, flavour-packed approach to food.

Born and raised in Bristol, Dean remains one of the South West’s most popular culinary personalities and a firm favourite with Valley Fest audiences.
