Got a question? You’re probably not the only one. Here’s everything you need to know before heading back on the land.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope! You can show your ticket on your phone. Just make sure your screen isn’t cracked and your battery’s not dead. Please download your PDF or QR code before arriving to site, the network signal can drop out during busy periods.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
If we haven’t sold out, yes – but it’s cheaper and safer to buy in advance. We strongly recommend booking ahead.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable; you can pass them on or sell them if your plans change. Just make sure names are updated via your ticketing account.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! You can spread the cost when you check out. Look for the instalment options on the ticket page.
Can I upgrade my ticket later?
Yes – depending on availability, you can upgrade (e.g. from day to weekend) by contacting your ticket provider.
Do kids need tickets?
Yes. Even under 5s need a free ticket so we can keep track of numbers on the farm.
I’m local – how do I get the locals’ discount?
Locals’ discount will be available soon.
I’m only coming on Sunday – can I camp?
Nope. Camping is only available for Weekend Ticket holders.
Is camping included in my ticket?

Yes – but you’ll need to arrive together, in convoy. We can’t reserve spots in advance.

Moo-topia Family Camping is quieter and close to the car park. The Udder Side is closer to the action (but louder), with a longer walk in. Choose your vibe!

Yes, but it counts as a live-in vehicle – so you’ll need a campervan pass.
Are there showers and toilets on site?
Yes! We have plenty of loos (including accessible toilets) and showers available in the camping areas.
Can I park next to my tent?
No – the tent camping fields are vehicle-free. Bring a trolley or wheelbarrow for your gear.
Where do glampers go?
Boutique campers will enter via Blue Gate. You’ll get full info via email before the festival.
Can I bring a small tent for my kids next to my campervan?

Yes – though the ground can be uneven in places. All-terrain wheels recommended!
Are there kids’ activities?
Loads! We’ll announce the full programme soon – but think crafts, games, storytelling and more.

What happens if it rains?
We get muddy and carry on! Pack wellies and layers – and maybe leave the white jeans at home.
Will there be medical help onsite?
