The Yoga Shala brings together a range of activities that focus on a sense of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing – leave behind the stress of everyday life and enjoy a carefree weekend.
Whether you want to start the day with an energising hatha yoga session, finish with restorative relaxation, find out more about kinesiology, work with your unique energy in a reiki share or have a really good chuckle with a laughter yoga class, there is something for everybody. By popular demand kid’s yoga and family yoga sessions will be hosted across the weekend. And new for 2021 is a gong bath, face yoga and mindful meditation sessions, including eating chocolate with your full senses involved.
There will be a multitude of Yoga sessions for all including: Balanced Flow Yoga, Face Yoga, Family yoga, Gong bath, Kid’s yoga, Kinesiology, Laughter Yoga, Mindful chocolate eating, Mindful meditation, Morning Vinyasa Flow, Release and Rest Hatha Yoga, Reiki share and Tai Chi.
