Masuyo Newman is not a chef who has trained in a restaurant.However her passion for cooking is not small scale. Masuyo started to create her own recipes when they lived in Luxembourg. (1994)Back in the UK in 1997, nothing stopped development of her recipes and her cooking is almost everything from scratch. She started volunteer work at the Community Farm in 2016 and she is also a member of the business committee. She started holding regular workshops at the Community Farm including Sushi, Bento, Kombucha. She then had an opportunity to hold pickling workshops at Valley Fest in 2019. She also did her first sushi show that year. Since then, Masuyo has been a regular participant at Valley Fest.
