Our Campsite Rules are here to help us look after each other, respect the space we share and protect the land beneath our feet. Please take a moment to read them, follow them and play your part in creating a kind, conscious and carefree community for all.
- Speakers are not permitted – there is plenty of good music so you won’t need your own!
- Vehicles must be stationary in the campervan field or campsite during the festival.
- We cannot save camping spaces for people, pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Sleeping in cars overnight is not permitted.
- Only purpose built caravans, campervans and trailer tents will be permitted. Modified trailers or other vehicles will not be allowed access to the campsite.
- We can accommodate caravans and campervans up to 8m long and 5m wide in size. Your awning, small tent for children or a car must be included in this sizing. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate longer vehicles. If you need extra width, please buy an additional pitch.
- Please be considerate when pitching your tent. While there are no set pitch size limits, tents should be arranged so they do not take up an unreasonable amount of space for your group. If your setup occupies more space than is considered reasonable, you may be asked to reposition your tents or remove some of them.
- In the event of needing assistance of any kind, please contact a steward or member of campsite staff who can radio for assistance.
- As festival attendees, you will be issued with a wrist band. Do not remove it as you won’t be provided with another and all those without wristbands will be removed from the site.
- Please remain vigilant for fire safety in order to keep yourselves and others around you safe.
- Please don’t camp in the fire lanes in the camping field. These are vital for your safety and your tents will be removed if found blocking a fire lane or track.
- Only drink from water sources labelled safe for drinking
- Please make sure everyone in your party is aware of where the facilities are located, including first aid, and knows how to get help in an emergency.
- Sorry, swimming in Chew Valley Lake is not allowed.
FIRES & BBQS
Open fires and BBQs of any kind are strictly forbidden. This includes fire pits. We have some beautiful firepits in the arena to warm yourselves by, and lots of delicious food.
You can bring a camping stove so that you can make that all important morning cuppa.
